The staff was able to communicate with simple english.

The staff was able to communicate with simple english. We were able to deduct our initial payment when we got there. The room and the bathroom was nice with everything. Daily refill of water, tissue and toiletries. Location was good since Chongxin Bus Station is just outside the lobby. MRT and Airpot MRT can be reach within 5 to 10 mins walk which is still good. We also got to eat breakfast daily. Overall, we had an awesome stay with this hotel.

Please expect more chinese style of food served every day. But bread, fruits, tea and other drinks will be enough. :)

The room was very spacious.

The room was very spacious. There was Taiwanese, mainland Chinese, a few English, and a French channel on the TV. The breakfast buffet was good, and there is a grocery store “OK Mart” next door.

There are 2 MTR lines that stop at the closest MTR station “Sanchong”. One is the airport MTR, but only the “local” services stop at Sanchong, not “express” airport services. From Sanchong MTR, you must walk around a large carpark area, and under a freeway. It takes about 10 minutes. I recommend that you use a GPS app on a smart device to find your way.

The bed was quite comfortable

The location is far from train station and city. Totally not worth for 150$/night. Room was crampy, not clean and toulet walls and sink smelled rotten and had lot of debris. Breakfast was so repetitive and blant. Had mosquitoes in room. Booked double bed room and gave us a twin bed room

There were bus stops nearby which made it easier to commute. Their breakfast was good. Had a lot of variety and they change the food when it runs out. The lady cleaning the tables was very fast so even with lots of people, you can always get a clean table.

The room’s wallpapers were peeling off. The state of the room was not so appealing. There wasn’t even a cabinet to put your clothes, just hooks. The property was far from the city.

the location is little bit far from the downtown. so I should pay the over charge whenever I used the pick up, sending, and the guide tour service.

comfortable bed, convenient position with buses and convenience store at the doorstep and only 750 meters from the metro station to the airport and Taipei city. Very good breakfast, quality and variety. The coffee was very good too.

The shower is not comfy if you are 1.80 meters tall, nearly touch the ceiling! The finishes in the room were a bit shanty for a 3 star. The English level was good enough but the staff was willing to help regardless.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ️

The location is good, it’s less than 15-minute travel by bus from Taipei Main Station and 7-minute travel by taxi from Taipei Main Station. The staffs are very polite and considering the language barrier, I truly appreciate their effort to trying to understand us and respond the way we can understand. They tirelessly taught us which buses to take when going from one place to another. The map they provided was extremely helpful! There are several food hubs nearby where you can try authentic Xiao Long Bao for only 60NT$. The nearest bus stop is just across the street. The food in the hotel though, it’s the same every day. Nevertheless, given a chance that I will be back in Taiwan, I’ll definitely book the same hotel. I love the bathtub, by the way! Their name Joy Hotel speaks for itself. ️

Bed is comfortable, slippers provided. Buffet breakfast.. Friendly hotel staffs..

The TV channel.. First night the tv have access to many movies similar to cable tv or Netflix, which was good - many choices. The second night, only satellite tv available.. Funny how the tv channel changes overnight.. Pillow was flat.. Air conditioner is hardly adjustable..
